Derrik Carl Clark

BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 39-year old Derrik Carl Clark of Boone, Iowa. Derrik passed away Monday, January 24th after a long battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis of ALS. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 29th at 10:00 AM at the Augustana Lutheran Church in Boone, Iowa. Following the service, Derrik’s body will be donated for ALS Research.

Visitation will be held at the Stark-Welin Chapel in Boone, Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Chapel at that time.

Visitation Saturday will be held at Augustana Lutheran Church from 8:30 AM until the time of the service at 10:00 AM.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Derrik to create a scholarship for Boone High School Seniors planning on going into the math and science field in college.

The Stark-Welin Funeral Directors in Boone are in charge of thesse arrangements.
