United Board Plans Special Vote

BOONE, Iowa—The Board of Directors of the United Community School District will be looking toward a special election for district patrons to decide the future of the current Instructional Support Program. School boards can institute Instructional Support Levies through board action or a vote of the district patrons. The United School Board will be meeting Thursday evening at 6:00 to conduct a public hearing on a resolution to move ahead with the special election.
