BOONE, Iowa—The Boone City Council’s Public Safety and Transportation Committee is again being asked to allow an ice cream truck street vendor in Boone. The Committee is considering a request from Curt Nichols to allow his business to operate. It’s been a couple of years since the last vendor operated in Boone. The Public Safety and Transportation Committee meets at the City Hall Wednesday afternoon at 5:00.
