BOONE, Iowa—Boone County Hospital revenues picked up during the past month and have set the stage for another pretty successful year. Net revenue through May exceeded the budgeted amount by some $350,000 and was ahead of the 2009 pace. Net income was over $625,000, which did trail budget projections but was ahead of last year’s amount of more than $578,000.
